Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
    •    Unworn and unwashed
    •    In original condition
    •    With tags and hygiene stickers (if applicable) attached
    •    In original packaging

    •    Your order number
    •    The item(s) you would like to return or exchange
    •    The reason for the return
    •    If exchanging, the size or product you want instead

We will reply with instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    •   For exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us as well as the shipping cost for the replacement item to be sent back to you. Once we receive your return, we will process and ship your exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow:
    •    Up to 5 business days for inspection
    •    Additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We ship from Australia.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with sending items back.
