AUSTRALIAN orders are sent via a Priority Post service with Australia Post for a base charge starting at $9.95 per parcel.
Products from rybkatwins.com are shipped every morning at 9am, 5 days a week.
We endeavour to get your items to you as quickly as possible however with the busy holiday period and covid please allow at least 10 days for standard shipping and 5 days for express.
We recommend using express as they will still be prioritised and have you getting your shipments as soon as possible :)
As the Rybka Twins are known all over we decided to give everyone the opportunity by offering worldwide shipping.
If your address comes up at checkout you are good to get shopping. If not contact rybkatwinsmerch@outlook.com and we'll see If we can add your address to the available locations.
As for shipping times it completely depends on where in the world you are from as to how long your parcels journey will take.
We recommend using the DHL Express service to ensure you receive your merch in the quickest possible time
Shipping fees are non-refundable: For items returned to us due to an undeliverable addresses or issues with Customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
We do not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Concerns or questions about your order after it has shipped should be made to the carrier directly. The Customer Support Team can only see the same tracking information given to the customer through the tracking number.
